Reorganized and renamed as Clever Marketing Consultants S.A.

WHO SOLD?
Kirsten Henriksen and Helge Mortensen, former owners and directors of IAFA Tours S.A.sold 100% of the company’s shares on the 15 of November to a n individual business entrepreneur living on the Costa del Sol. Kirsten decided to move with her family to Norway where she originates from.

WHO BOUGHT?
Wolfgang Brand originally from Germany and living in Mijas Costa since 4 years became the new owner of IAFA TOURS S.A. Wolfgang is known on the Costa del Sol and beyond as an expert in the field of Internet Marketing. He owns and manages an established SEO company in Fuengirola : Clever Marketing. Wolfgang brings into IAFA Tours S.A. ten years of experience in senior management positions in the travel industry, namely with Platinum International, Sunterra Europe and the Anfi del Mar Group of Companies.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
The company will be merged with the existing resources of Clever Marketing, and is developing a range of new innovative products, mainly around online hotel bookings and other travel related products as well as Internet Marketing projects in a joint venture with some well know real estate agents on the Costa del Sol. In order to reflect the new identity the logo has been redesigned and the company web site will soon be re-launched. Also the name has been changed to Clever Marketing Consultants S.A.
